Project showcase

Modern office lounge with wooden accents, plants, and people collaborating.

Atlas Copco

The journey began at ground level, with the clients vision being clear: create a memorable space with a “wow” factor - somewhere that would leave a lasting impression, encouraging people to return.

Through a series of collaborative workshops, we explored a range of look and feel options. The client was particularly drawn to something more grounded and organic that would create warmth and authenticity within the space. Given the building’s extensive glazing and abundance of natural light, this direction felt the most appropriate, providing an opportunity to strengthen the connection between the interior and surrounding environment. As a result of this, we incorporated biophilic features throughout the design, introducing natural materials, planting and textures to enhance wellbeing and create a calming, cohesive atmosphere.

Centrado

Centrado is the largest framing materials supplier in the UK. To accommodate recent growth and future expansion plans, they recently completed a prestigious, purpose-built new office and warehouse facility.

The design adopts a distinctly industrial aesthetic, characterised by exposed services, black mullions and door finishes. This language is expressed predominately across the first floor and carried through to key areas of the ground floor, including the gallery, reception and newly introduced staircase, ensuring visual continuity throughout the space.

Loose furniture was carefully selected to reinforce this identity, with elements such as metal, palisade shelving and slatted detailing adding texture and depth. The scheme is brought to life through accents of colour, introduced via biophilic features and bolder furniture finishes. This softens the industrial framework, creating a balanced environment that feels both dynamic and cohesive.

Fintech Pro

Fintech Pro specializes in bank payment solutions, including recurring payments and direct debit processing. By connecting with more than 2,300 banks across the UK and Europe, the platform enables businesses to collect payments in a secure, reliable, and efficient way.

The project was delivered across three floors, giving us the opportunity to create a dynamic and varied workplace environment. With a high level of creative freedom, we were able to fully explore ideas that would bring personality and energy to the space while ensuring it reflected the companies culture.

To shape the design, we held a series of workshops with colleagues in small groups of around 10 people. These sessions allowed us to gain a genuine understanding of what employees wanted from their workplace - how they preferred to work, collaborate and socialise. The feedback played a key role in shaping the final scheme and ensuring the space felt authentic to the team using it everyday.

The result is a workplace filled with character and experience-led spaces. From cinema rooms to beer taps and social areas, the design encourages moments of relaxation, collaboration and informal connection throughout the day.

Medivet

Medivet is one of Europe’s leading veterinary care providers, delivering high-quality pet healthcare across the UK, Germany, and Spain. Through the network of more than 500 practices and dedicated 24-hour centres, it provides a full range of veterinary services designed to support pets and their owners at every stage of care.

The completed scheme strikes a balance between a fun, playful aesthetic, using distinctive design elements that give the space its own identity. Building services were intentionally left exposed throughout, contributing to a more open and expansive feel while enhancing the contemporary character of the interior. A carefully considered palette of contrasting colours has been used to subtly define breakout areas, creating moments of visual interest. Together, these elements create an engaging and dynamic environment that feels both spacious and characterful.

SMMT

Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) sought to transform its London office to support a more dynamic, hybrid working model. The vision was to introduce a contemporary aesthetic that reflects the organisation’s brand identity while creating a flexible, future-ready workspace. Central to the brief was reconfiguring the layout to foster greater collaboration, alongside delivering a generous provision of meeting rooms designed to accommodate a wide range of business needs.

To develop a deeper understanding of the clients organisation, we facilitated a series of collaborative workshops, each attended by approximately 30 colleagues representing a cross-section of teams and roles. These sessions enabled us to gain detailed insight into how the business operates, its cultural drivers, and its anticipated future requirements. By engaging directly with the end users, we were able to translate operational needs and strategic objectives into informed design principles, ensuring the resulting solution is both highly functional and adaptable to support the organisations long-term growth.

Hydrock

The floorplate is naturally divided into two distinct zones by a central outdoor space, creating a clear yet fluid separation that enhances the overall layout. Drawing inspiration from their extensive brand palette, the design embraces bold colour and character to create a vibrant, engaging workplace that reflects the company’s identity and empowers an energetic working environment.

The new breakout space was designed in response to a clear understanding of how colleagues work and the types of meetings the company regularly hosts. The brief emphasised flexibility, with particular importance placed on accommodating town halls and larger team gatherings.

To support this, the layout incorporates a variety of seating options suited to different meeting styles, from informal catch ups to structured presentations. A bespoke joinery banquette was introduced as a focal point, encouraging collaborative drop-ins and providing a comfortable yet purposeful setting for spontaneous interaction resulting in a versatile, people-focused space that adapts seamlessly to the companies evolving needs.

Private project in Bristol

The completed scheme balances a contemporary aesthetic with distinctive, playful design elements that give the space its unique character. A warm ceiling feature was introduced early to subtly define and separate desk areas, whilst adding visual interest.

The intention was to create an environment where colleagues immediately feel welcome and at ease. A palette of warm oak tones and soft, neutral lime wash finishes establishes a sense of comfort and familiarity, resulting in a workspace that feels both modern and inviting.

Allianz Petplan

As the UK’s leading pet insurer, Petplan is renowned for exceptional service — supporting not only pets, but the people who love them.

Through a series of collaborative workshops with Petplan, we undertook an in-depth brand discovery process that shaped a truly bespoke workspace tailored to their culture and values.

As a dog-friendly office, it was important to celebrate the finer details that make the environment uniquely theirs - from custom designed dog beds to meeting rooms individually themed around animals. Open breakout areas overlook acres of greenery, promoting wellbeing and connection to nature, while thoughtfully designed “collaboration kennels” created spaces for both focus and teamwork.

Private project in Kingston

Creating a workplace that reflects both their heritage and forward-thinking approach. The scheme introduces a diverse mix of meeting environments and breakout areas, all carefully aligned with the company’s brand identity and core values.

Prior to our fit-out, office attendance was low, with a significant proportion of colleagues opting to work remotely. The existing workplace environment was not aligned with user needs or modern workplace standards. In particular, suboptimal lighting levels and quality were identified as key factors affecting visual comfort, wellbeing and productivity.
